So, it's been a couple of weeks since the Showdown finals and I'm still on cloud nine....but I have been pretty busy meeting with labels, agencies...lots of people that could be very very important to me in the future. Now I'm trying to focus on what will be best for me, my career, and my friends and family. Its just crazy how things are working out...not just with music but with my life. For instance, my dog Mimi is currently 7 lbs and she just keeps getting cuter and cuter...I mean, I guess she takes after her mother (me, of course). Now, something else that is going well...I'm pretty sure that myself and skinny jeans are now friends...actually we're bff's. I used to hate on skinny jeans so bad...and now, I just can't get enough of them. "Can't stop till you get enough." I still haven't been able to meet Carrie...but I did have a dream that I met her the other night and I'm pretty sure that's a sign. Woot! Oh, I have enough Colgate toothpaste to last me a lifetime...aaand I may or may not have the new travel little toothbrush that you can carry in your purse and use after meals....GOLDEN! Lastly, I'm writing a ton right now and I put up a lot of new songs on www.karladavismusic.com under the music tab...just click soul sessions and let me know what you think!
